Missing California Woman Found Safe on Oregon Coast

Police say no foul play was involved.

(SEASIDE, Ore. ) - The family of a Sacramento-area Librarian who had been missing since Saturday says she has been found alive in Seaside, Oregon.

The family of 24-year-old Mandy Kelsey says she was found wandering on a bridge in Seaside.

Seaside police and her family say she is in good condition, and is currently being evaluated at a local hospital.

Police say no foul play was involved.

Kelsey was reported missing on Saturday, when she failed to show up for her job in El Dorado Hills just east of Sacramento.
