(LAFAYETTE, Ore.) - She was positively identified late yesterday, Monday, October 3, however this information was withheld by authorities until family members were advised. Ms. Cosco-Ortiz was last seen leaving her Vancouver home, late Saturday, October 1, 2016. Family members believed that she was headed for the Oregon coast and she was expected back on during the night of October 1-2. She was reported missing to the Vancouver Police Department on October 2, 2016. The Yamhill County MCRT is asking for the public's assistance in locating a person of interest. He is Victor Melcher Villalba (aka: Victor Bello Rojas), born Jan 14, 1979. Villalba was last seen driving a white, 2003 Toyota Tacoma pickup, bearing Oregon plate 184 HLR. The pickup is an extended cab pickup, with some body damage to the right side of the tailgate.
