Name of game now must be, again, "Patience !". It took us 200 years to dig this hole despite full warnings early-on and repeated all that time. SO now change CAN come, but only if we continue to MAKE it SO by our continued efforts. Cavil, cant, caution and complaint will never do more than delay and perhaps even defeat that progressive shot. Thank you for solid insights.
