Missing 9-Year Old In Oak Grove Found Safe

New information indicates that this juvenile was located safe – unharmed - and is reunited with her family in Oak Grove.

Missing 9-year old girl from Elk Grove, Oregon
Police aren't naming her, but this is the 9-year old girl people need to be on the lookout for

(Oak Grove , Ore.) - The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office was asking for the public's help in seeking a 9-year old girl who failed to return home today, but the girl has now been safely located.

Information received from the Clackamas Sheriff's Office indicates that this juvenile is no longer missing, she was located safe and unharmed. Sheriff's Office Spokesman Jim Strovink says she has been reunited with her family in Oak Grove.

The girl had gone to the playground area of Oak Grove Elementary School shortly after 8:00 AM this morning as remained there most of the day.

She was due home at approximately 3:00 PM.

Clackamas County Sheriff's Office Search and Rescue (SAR) personnel had established a Command Post at Oak Grove Elementary.

An estimated 20 SAR personnel participated in the search mission.
