(CANBY, Ore.) - *UPDATE: FOUND*
A 19-year old woman from Canby is missing and police are hoping someone in the community knows the whereabouts of Alicia Morgan. She suffers from autism and was last seen November 12th 2008.
Officers with the Canby Police Department responded to the address on NW Knights Bridge Road Friday on a missing person call. Nineteen year old Alicia Morgan, who has autism, was last seen leaving the residence on Wednesday morning. Police say they are not sure what type of clothing Alicia was wearing.
Sgt. Scott Cunningham with Canby Police says Morgan is taking three types of medications, "That is a definite problem; she needs to take those on a regular basis," he said.
"We're very concerned at this point, we've been checking her residence frequently. We've been told she sometimes uses the computers at the local library so we are keeping an eye out for her down there, but nobody has seen her at this point. We're also keeping an eye on her MySpace page."
Cunningham told Salem-News Alicia Morgan has some history of disappearing for short periods, but she never is gone this long without checking in. He added that the investigation into the whereabouts of Alicia Morgan is ongoing.
Anybody with information regarding Alicia Morgan's whereabouts is asked to call 503-266-8211 and request to speak with an on duty Sergeant with the Canby Police Department.
