13-year-old girl missing from Southeast Portland

On March 26th 2007 Joan Wagar and her sister Vickie Rosales and Eric Carlson sat around the Clackamas Walmart break room and they bragged to Walmart employees they were using Eric Carlson as a photo double to frame Joan Wagar's husband Terry Wagar as a pedophile, and they recruited everyone on that day working in softlines department (Clothing and shoes department) into helping them by backing up false charges on Terry Wagar! Eric Carlson was dressed like Terry Wagar and he followed children around while his bro's in law enforcement and Walmart employees photographed him from behind and from the side using their cellphones, and Joan Wagar and her coworker, a black lady named Adrian, was in the back of the store printing out flyers with her husband Terry Wagar's picture on it, giving her husband the blame for what Eric Carlson was doing within the store! Everyone involved in this was treating it as though it was a party, they were enjoying themselves and they were cracking jokes and they were also discussing throwing a party later on! This was during Walmart business hours and most of the discussions about this was in the back of the store where only employees are allowed to be! When Eric Carlson and Joan Wagar had a chance to be alone Eric Carlson also admitted to Joan Wagar he was framing her husband over a missing runaway, and he named the runaway, last name of runaway is/was Hunter! After that Eric Carlson and Joan Wagar started discussing who they are going to invite to their prewedding! Eric Carlson is a cop working in Portland Oregon and when he was with his boss in the back of Walmart he admitted to his boss that he "pedofied" Terry Wagar behind prison walls and that he told the prisoners to be on the lookout for him, and then he laughed saying "He's not going to get out of this one!" and his boss, a older sounding female,in a comical tone, said "Can he walk on water!" and she was not asking a question, she was saying that as a fact! How do I know about this? because I am Terry Wagar, and I caught all these serial killers on a audio recorder I put in my wife's purse thinking I was catching her in her affair, what I caught is one of the sickest damn thing I have ever listened to in my life! This is what law officer's do for fun, they are above the law because no one with a badge will arrest them and they know it, they admitted "pedofying" me will get me killed off and it makes it so no one else will care that I am a victim! These bitches, and yes most of them was female, was using a photo double to frame me as a pedophile, so my wife and her lover the cop/photo double could "Justify" murdering me off! Just the fact that law officer's use that term "Pedofying" to describe murdering off someone strongly imply s this is a common terminology with cops and that they do this to people all the time! How nice of Walmart managers to allow Joan Wagar, while on duty, to use their printers, to destroy my reputation, behind my f@@king back! Joan Wagar worked as manager of the infants department at the time and Vickie Rosales was manager of the shoes department, and their friends with most everyone in the softlines department! Eric Carlson changed his name after they realized I caught them on a audio recorder, and the Portland police and Multnomah county sheriff's ignore all my complaints as they continue, behind my back, pedofying me using flyers and word of mouth! Law officers protect their pedo partners in crime, they hand out new identity's to Eric Carlson like there candy bars! I am being blackmailed by these poisoners and framers and there is no one in the state of Oregon that cares about victims, and it's just too too easy for pedophile cops to recruit people to lie for their asses so they just don't give a damn! 911 is a joke when cops f@@king use photo doubles to frame people!
