(SALEM) - The Salem-Keizer School District is holding two Internet Safety Workshops on Tuesday to help parents protect their children from internet crimes. Topics will include:
Presenters include representatives from the following organizations: Salem & Keizer Police Departments, Marion County Sheriff’s Office, Salem-Keizer School District and the Oregon Department of Justice Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Admission is free, registration is not required, and childcare will not be provided. The workshops will take place: Tuesday, November 14th, 6:00 PM at Weddle Elementary School (1825 Alder Dr. NE, Keizer) Tuesday, November 14th, 6:00 PM at Keizer Elementary School (5600 McClure St. NE, Keizer) *** Spanish Only Presentation For more information call Debbie Joa, Protection & Prevention Coordinator for Salem-Keizer Public Schools, at (503) 399-3061.
