Six from Oregon State University Selected for Pac-10 Women’s Soccer All-Academic Teams

(Corvallis, Oregon) - Following are the 2010 Pac-10 Conference Women's Soccer All-Academic teams, announced today by Commissioner Larry Scott. To be eligible for selection to the academic team, a student-athlete must have a minimum 3.0 overall grade-point average and be either a starter or significant contributor.

Junior goalkeeper Colleen Boyd was selected to the Pac-10 All-Academic Second Team just days after she was named to the All-Conference First team. It is her second Pac-10 academic honor after being an honorable mention in 2009.

Five others received honorable mention honors. Juniors Ashley Folsom and Brittany Galindo received honors for the second time while sophomores Jayne Eadie, Lindsay Meiggs and Megan Miller received first time honors.
