(SALEM) - The average price for a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline continues to climb not only in the mid-valley, but statewide as well.

On Friday, the average price in Salem is at $2.97.9. One month ago the price was $2.43.0 and one year ago the price was $2.41.0.

In Eugene the price is $3.06.9, Portland $2.98.9, and the statewide average is $3.02.9
