Nasaka whipped a Hindu School Teacher insensible in Northern Maungdaw

(NORTHERN MAUNGDAW, Burma Mayu Press) - A member of Burmese Border Security Forces (Nasaka) is said to have extorted money from 25 different oil shops, where kerosene is sold for house lighting at night, as well as diesel for engines, petrol and vegetable oil in Tamanta (Saheb Bazar), northern Maungdaw.

The Nasaka member, Zaw Myo Aung, hails from the department of Immigration Camp No: 05 called Ngayin Chaung (Boutoror Ghati) under sector two of Maungdaw Township, he is said to have extorted 25000 Kyat from each oil shop.

Kamhori Bellikka son of Denubondhu, a Hindu school teacher has an oil shop there. Kamhori Bellikla refused to give into the demand for money as he is not a Rohingya then he was beaten with a long lethal rod unti unconscious by Zaw Myo Aung. He was hospitalized on the spot for his serious injuries and taken to Tamanta (Saheb Bazar) rural healthcare.

Zaw Myo Aung married a Rakhine Buddhist girl and is known as an official who wrests money and tortures Rohingya Muslim community members in unusual ways.

He has a no transference order since 2009 at Nasaka camp No: 05 of Ngayin Chaung as he bribes an amount to the chief of Border Immigration Headquarter (BIHQ) of Nasaka in Kyi Kan Pyan while the others Nasaka do at least once transfer within a six-to-nine month.
