(OREGON CITY) - Police in Oregon City say 28-year old Christopher Easley was arrested for two robberies that occurred in Oregon City in the last two weeks. Easley was located at his Oregon City home around 2:30 AM, interviewed and lodged at the Clackamas County Jail for two counts of second-degree Robbery, according to Lt. Lisa Nunes with Oregon City Police. She says both Robberies occurred in a business complex just a block from Easley's residence. The first Robbery occurred on May 13, 2008 at 8:00 PM at the Healthy Looks Salon located at 19273 Molalla Avenue Unit B. The second Robbery occurred five days later at the Dottys Deli Unit D in the same business complex. In both robberies, Easley presented a note to the employee and said he had a weapon but no weapon was ever seen, Nunes said. "Oregon City Detectives served a search warrant on Easley's residence late last night and located evidence of both crimes, but did NOT locate a weapon." Nunes says Easley was lodged at the Clackamas County Jail on two counts of Robbery II.
