Fox News Falling: It Really is Time for the Media Revolution

(SALEM) - I just can't believe the Murdoch empire is preparing to fall from the wall like Humty Dumpty. The analogy is priceless, once that monster called News Corp is toppled, there will be no way to put it back together.

TV networks and national newspapers and magazines lead American belief systems and values toward a cliff. No party is guilty for lying more, than FOX News. This is the agency that has poisoned the water of otherwise good Americans, making them think like poor-bashing fascists. The money has always been the leader in America and this Australian fiasco called 'Murdoch' did it to us from afar.

Don't fool yourself into believing that stripping Murdoch's license to broadcast equates to the strangling of free speech, that is not accurate. Free speech does not account for propaganda billed as truth.

We will celebrate our eighth anniversary this summer and our human rights news has literally shifted a gear, as our agency finds new ways to bring effectiveness to our journalism and transform this art form into one that brings direct action; this world is broken, people are suffering everywhere and it potentially affects far more than those at the center of the issues.

FOX News has taken our focus off humanity. It took our minds away from seeing things with compassion and human decency. The U.S. is in need of a media revolution and the fall of FOX will greatly perpetuate this need.

The real OWS movement by the majority of Americans.. Tim a while back you wrote an article how you said that FOX was on the way out. Well just like Rush Limbaugh going out (he now has record revenue and growing daily) Murdoch and his holdings, including the FOX Network, are also experiencing record revenue. People vote their wallets, and they see through the distractions. The 2010 election results clearly were not a blurp that happens every 80 years or so, we are witnessing a reorientation to what the Founder's had designed for America. "On an adjusted basis, News Corp earned 37 cents, compared with the 31 cents expected on average by analysts, according to Thomson Reuters I/B/E/S. At its cable networks, which include FX and Fox News, revenue rose 16 percent on an increase in affiliate fee revenue from cable and satellite distributors. Don't cry, one day we will only have one News Agency - like the Pravda. Obammer is considering to take full control of the Media, check it out, it was in a real on line paper today. Tim from your response... you have no list of "lies and propaganda" untruths by FOX? Tim the reason the left so dislikes FOX is quite simple, they report stories the left would not, and then they have to also report those FOX stories to at least look like they are really interested in keeping the public informed. They are not, and you know that Tim. As per Bush, Dan Rather admitted spending millions in court challenging his firing by CBS for literally attempting to alter/influence a presidential election with false information. During the court proceeding he brought in all his [claimed] info and witnesses, but the jury did not buy it. This was more an ego venture for Rather in my opinion, for his legacy, which has now been soiled by his own bad behavior, and the court system also saw it that way. Suffice, all others who claim bad acts by Bush are nothing more than supposition, and have no evidence to support this supposition (like Rather's feeble attempt). As a Vietnam veteran, it was numerous other politicians that bothered me during the way they avoided military service (including bad actions from those who did serve), including Clinton going to Red Square protesting Vietnam in Russia was pretty bad behavior. Of course it appears that for some that was no big deal. Bush had a lot of crap thrown at him, but he prevailed, and now history will most likely be kind to him in comparison to others like Carter, Clinton and Obama. As per FOX, even if Murdoch and his kids go to prison (they will not), or the ongoing wet dream pursuits of the anti-Foxers, the network will get larger and more successful. I say a good topic is why does NBC keep funding MSNBC, they literally have no viewers that make them a force. Like Air America, they keep funding these losers for ideological reasons, not allowing the "market" to set the stage. Sorry that you are not getting the kinds of responses you think you should have for your stories Tim, maybe if the economy improves you will, but "jobs and the economy" are at top of Americans list of priorities currently. Maybe next year? Good luck, for I do see many of your stories as worthy of more American intervention.

Tim have you a list of the lies the FOX Network has put out, and [not] corrected? Have you a similar list by the other major networks? Recently NBC fired 3 employees for editing some video that certainly riled up some people, wrongly.

Tim King: I never did or would say the other networks would not or have not lied.

Dan Rather was fired by CBS for lying abour Bush nearly 9 years ago,and after millions spent in court by Rather, he was proven to be a liar, legally. I could list many more, including suspensions and more firings by CNN and MSNBC, but FOX has allegations of lying that have no merit, other than the wishing and hoping by progressives, who are the provable liars as per the evidence.

Tim King: GW Bush is a draft dodger, everything Dan Rather said was true, Bush was powerful enough to make true, untrue in court. It means nothing, he is a cowardly warmonger piece of dirt and ten times worse that anyone Americans ever called president. 58,000 Americans died fighting the war that coward avoided and then he was such a spoiled brat that he could not complete his national guard obligation? What an embarrassment, I suspect he was scared of the planes he was supposed to fly, he did fly once or twice.

I know they have put out some incorrect stories, but they always correct them, so where's the beef Tim?

The left recently thought Rush was finished, but he's even stronger, and my guess is FOX will continue to grow as the others continue to shrink.

Rush is an excellent band, I have always been a fan, saw them in Washington not long ago, but they aren't affiliated with FOX, you must be thinking of that inbred redneck Ted Nugent, what a disappointment that guy is.

People can be misquided for a while, but even the slowest start to discern bad behaviors, and that's why some of the MSM outfits are doing poorly, remaining static, while others like FOX and conservative media are growing. I dare say, the hardest workers out there who obey the laws are those in the Tea Party (and their sympathizers), and the best networks and other media organizations are the ones the majority see as being superior to outfits like NBC, ABC, CBS and their stepchildren like msnbc. Look up who funds CREW Tim, they are essentially marxists funded by the convicted felon Soros.
