(SALEM) - Parole officers are seeking the whereabouts of 64-year-old Leroy Steven Frady, for failing to report to his parole officer. He is considered a high risk offender. Frady currently has an outstanding arrest warrant for Parole Violation. Sheriff's Office Spokesman Kevin Rau says Frady is on parole for convictions for Murder, Public Indecency and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor. "Parole officers have been unsuccessful in their efforts to locate him and are asking for the public's help. He was last known to be in the downtown Salem area." He is a white male, 5'9", 185 lbs, with gray hair and blue eyes. According to records, Frady’s murder victim was a 19-year old female who was unknown to him. Frady car-jacked and shot the victim. Frady was granted Parole on December 3rd 2004 after serving 324 months in prison. On March 10th, 2005, Frady was arrested for and subsequently convicted of 3 counts of Public Indecency, and 3 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Minor. The victim was a 14 year-old female unknown to Frady. Frady was returned to Prison, and was again granted Parole on March 9th, 2007. On April 16th, 2007, Frady absconded supervision, and was last known to be in the downtown Salem area Anyone with information about the whereabouts of 46-year-old Leroy Steven Frady is asked to call the Marion County Sheriff's Office at 503-588-5032 or their local law enforcement agency. OMG whats wrong with the people that protect us from these sick people that man should have got like life for what he did!!!!!!! well thats what i would have done and then wen he did the 2 thing that would have ben it off with his head F head!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How long has this guy been on parole? What the hell is it going to take for this to stop. It is a well known proven fact true pedophiles (not boys charge with rape for dating young girls)reoffend.

So why was this guy out on parole ? Carjacking and murdering a 19 year old woman doesnt get you life ? Then he re-offends with a 14 year old girl and again is released. The parole board or whoever authorized this needs to be held accountable , especially if there are more victims.
