Rottenberg, You know so much about meds and mental illness, what phase of bi-polar are you in now? When I read your stuff I feel bi-polar, what do you recommend as an all knowing psychiatrist? Too bad the Veterans Administration has to put up with all your admissions. How long do you stay before you are safe to around others?

Rosenberg May 5, 2007 10:54 am (Pacific time)

Hi Klopenstein, excellent take on Marnell. It's unfortunate that he does not understand how insulting he gets, then when someone returns in kind, it self-fulfills his viewpoint that he is the one who has been insulted. There is a name for this type of behavior, and from my research, there in no medication that will help ameliorate it. Sad.

Albert Marnell May 4, 2007 2:51 am (Pacific time)

Klopenstein, I had a couple hours of other activity and was thinking. Who do I insult that does not disrespect me first. I do not insult unless disrespected as you just did. You could use quite a few lessens in manners and self awareness. I do not have a point of view. If I do I will let people know that it is a point of view. I have fact and have no patience for people that argue non-fact. My whole life I have listened to B.S. and am sick of it. You will notice that I am sensitive to people who deserves it. Your a hypocrite, a phoney and probably Rosenberg. Calling a lengthy written comment a "rambling" is insulting. If you do not have writing skills or knowledge to write fact then just shut up and listen. Now that is my version of being rude to someone who deserves it. You be careful out there!

Albert Marnell May 4, 2007 12:32 am (Pacific time)

aka Jeremy, I have social skills and was too polite and tolerant my whole life. It did no good. I have regrets for not speaking my mind as directly as I do today. So, if you wish, give me some advice. I was always too easy on people because they are influenced by television, religion, popular culture...you know the rest.

Jeremy Klopenstein May 3, 2007 6:51 pm (Pacific time)

Kind of ironic when Al calls somebody else "unhappy." Then he asks, (hard to say with a strait face) " how do I get that rap?" for rambling. Then he insults people. I saw a previous post where he says " people are not stupid." He is right... we're not, but he keeps talking down to us, presumably to see how we recieve him or react.I personally feel it's kind of sad the effort he puts into trying to make us think what he thinks. I'm not saying Al doesn't have valid points, just a lack of social skills. (an opinion of course, but I can't think of a good reason to be confrontational and disrespectful to other people to push your views.) Well... be careful out there!

Rosenberg May 3, 2007 4:45 pm (Pacific time)

HR you get a fee from Albert as his sounding board?

Albert Marnell May 3, 2007 4:04 pm (Pacific time)

Hank, You saw Rosenberg's "ramblings" about which weapon is better in Afghanistan. Why do I get that rap? I know that omission of detail does not paint a picture. It is like being limited to three colors. I guess this site is for brevity. I have learned that there is very little I can do to wake people up. I do not have the desire to banter but may state some brief facts that anger people because they really need to know the backround of the situation to wash away the brainwashing and propaganda. So, I can make it brief and get attacked. I thought about Afghanistan today and because the same people here that are taking aways our rights and freedom are doing it there; we should get out asap. If we are there to base build and protect piplines then be honest about it. We are not there for civil rights or protecting the people. I see more bad guys here than could ever be there. People die here because of lack of or totally inferior health care. Why do they not matter? Mainstream media does not cover our domestic problems. I really do not care to go on. Let the sheeple destroy themselves. I am at an age where I have the most to offer from my life experience. It is hard for me to hear or see a 30 year old believe in things that are lies just because he saw it on the controlled, GOP News. The bottom line is that this country, not the people, has turned into an organized crime network when the C.I.A. was created. Decent people do not kill people like Kennedy which has now been revealed by Howard Hunt. Why is this not all over the media as the number one story? The reason is because all are lies and ignorance. Rosenberg must be very unhappy because he shows so much more anger than anyone. I go as far as I want, he holds alot back. I can not imagine the number of people that he has discriminated against in his life and hurt. He pretends not to be angry and bitter, even with his "special family" -not special at all-I show my true colors, his are far darker even with all his claimed "advantages".

Hank Ruark May 3, 2007 6:24 am (Pacific time)

Rosy et al: See ??!! You did it again: "Chill !" you wrote. Must assume you cannot stand solid-fact when it destroys distorted views and constant distraught statements. Marnell may ramble but that's better than continuing malicious mistatement for devious political gain. Invitation still stands: ID-self to Editor and we can clean up yr mess rapidly with direct connection, sparing others yourr continued prevarication and obvious maledictions.

Albert Marnell May 3, 2007 2:34 am (Pacific time)

Fuzzy E. I did check it out early in the day. It is crap. G-nite

fuzzyE May 2, 2007 3:45 pm (Pacific time)

If any of you are really into the global conspiracy and new world order crap check out abovetopsecret.com Some interesting stuff here as well as entertainment. Caveat emptor

Rosenberg May 2, 2007 10:59 am (Pacific time)

Marnell: Chill!

Albert Marnell May 1, 2007 9:15 pm (Pacific time)

Tom, Thanks for the coffee but the more you study, the more you will know what I have found out. I disconnected my television a year ago because it is useless. Doesn't 20 plus minutes of commercials tell you something? Television is just a propaganda tool and for behavior and thought manipulation. The internet is the main place that I get information. Sometimes I use radio as a backup but am very distrusting of it. It is a little easier to find a real wide range of info on the radio but I prefer the internet. Try prisonplanet.com and you may see how your generation has gotten screwed. I knew a somewhat better life before technology sent as much overseas as possible. I first found out about it 12 years ago when Swissair would not hire local people and sent their paperwork to India for peanuts. Their fares did not drop. Maybe the answer is to move to India. I also hear very good things about Ireland these days. The Federal Republic that is, not Ulster County.

Albert Marnell May 1, 2007 8:55 pm (Pacific time)

Your not prophetic "SMILE" but you are ignorant. Tell me what you know about the Fed. There is a difference between gloom and reality and I would say that at this point things are very gloomy. "Smile" because you do use your real name....you could be FRAZIER. You could be Rosenberg. You could be Oregon Voter. Or all of these cowardly ID's. You must think that other people are stupid. You continue but are not able to respond to what you know about Central Banks. You also do not I.D. yourself. If we were face to face you would not dare address me or anyone else in the way that you do. You can be one of two things; a kid thirty or under or an old bag with a stodgy plaque brain. You made the comeback attack under a different name to appear insightful when you are just a damn fool.

Smile May 1, 2007 6:27 pm (Pacific time)

G Frazier.. I agree. In fact I feel bad for Al. He is a very negative person and restates the obvious over and over, thinking that the rest of us are ignorant just because we don't have time to sit and spread gloom. He also might be surprised who reads this and can confirm misinformation. ( pause... wait for comeback attack ) That is All.

fuzzyE May 1, 2007 5:34 pm (Pacific time)

GUN CONTROL is not the answer as stated by Black Train Jack. We always seem to vilify the objects that these miscreants use. I think that it is a real shame that there was not a citizen there with a legal gun. One shot - one kill - one recidivist we won't be giving 3 hots and a cot to for the rest of his life.

Albert Marnell May 1, 2007 3:58 pm (Pacific time)

To Anon. FRAZIER,
I am anti-government because there is no government. If you really knew what was going on you would know that the Federal Reserve...a private corporation is the the top leader of your country. So if I am anti-Federal Reserve, than I am anti-government. I do not want a consortium of Global Bankers stealing my money under the threat of jail or a gun so that they can benefit and become more powerful and maniacal. You want my neighbors to watch me? They should watch and study the Federal Reserve. You sound like Rosenberg and may be him. There is nothing wrong with a diatribe when you have been getting financial F***** your whole life to support and protect jerks like you. Take you red, white and blue fantasy and show it; because as of today we are part of a North American Alliance that is really another step in one world government led by global bankers. You know nothing of international finance. Before you attack someone, have some knowledge. You are living not in the past but in the ignorance of the past....the info. is out there. There is no excuse anymore for the citizenry to not be aware of it. You should look at your own idiotic ramblings and diatribes. You do it so well.

Black Train Jack May 1, 2007 3:21 pm (Pacific time)

two words, GUN CONTROL!

G FRAZIER May 1, 2007 2:46 pm (Pacific time)

I would like to comment on the idiotic ramblings of Mr Marnell to this web site rather than the event. He babbles on and on about economic and social deterioration, the Federal Reserve, municipal workers and politicians as the cause for a shooting rampage. The only accurate statement he made in his comments was "I do not know the specifics..." (as to the shooting, I assume). You absolutely do not, sir. So your opinion sounds like nothing more than an anti-goverment diatribe And makes you seem a little angry. In fact, maybe you co workers and neighbors should keep an eye on you.

The Editor May 1, 2007 2:45 pm (Pacific time)

Tim, Sorry for the spelling error. Confused, if you know us you know we do not live to deliver this type of information. There is some justification for us to do what is expected of any news agency, sorry to deliver negative information, we just want to let people know what is going on in the nation.

Confused One May 1, 2007 2:40 pm (Pacific time)

Why is this national news? How many people were shot today in the U.S.? My guess is thousands. Why is this case special? What is wrong with the news these days? Their picking and choosing of "Breaking News" stories fascinates me. Reading this story just wasted 5 minutes of my life I will never get back. Quit publicizing crime and maybe people like that Virginia Tech shooter won't feel so glorious about commiting such horrible acts of violence. Shame on you media. You have become the leech of society.

Tom May 1, 2007 2:39 pm (Pacific time)

I am sorry that you feel that way. you can come to my house for coffee. I am serious. i do not think things are as bad as they may seem to you. take care and look at the good things happening where you are not looking. stop watching CNN. start watching the discovery channel

Tim May 1, 2007 2:33 pm (Pacific time)

Even breaking news needs to have a spell check.

Aaron Morales May 1, 2007 2:32 pm (Pacific time)

Touche, Mr. Marnell. Well said. How can something that's been stewing and festering for so long "beneath the surface" of American society actually come as a surprise to anyone with an ounce of intellect? Startle me this, people.

Albert Marnell May 1, 2007 2:16 pm (Pacific time)

This news is startling for sheeple that do not want to see the deterioration of economic opportunity, easy loss of employment, the decline of the standard of living; for example energy prices, the loss of purchasing power of the dollar, lack of social supportive services, a very transient society where there is no community and a general disregard for our fellow citizens. I do not know the specifics but they are no mystery to me. The bottom line is that people need help and the little that was available is now gone. All of our money is going to pay the Federal Reserve interest on the national debt. Municipal workers are in bed with local political parties. So many jobs are patronage or through other connections. Expect to see more of this. There is not only one reason which has not even been disclosed yet. Any American that is "startled" is blind to the harsh realities for so many around them. As long as they are comfortable, they care nothing for the health and well being of others. People are so isolated and selfish today that they will not even invite you over for a cup of coffee; that might get in the way of their overly valuable workout at the gym.
