Salem-Area High School ROTC Cadets to Plant Trees at Belcrest Memorial Park and Mausoleum

Community youth to assist in maintaining beauty of local cemetery.

(SALEM) - Belcrest Memorial Park is proud to announce Salem-area high school ROTC cadets will be planting trees and plants beginning at 9 a.m., Saturday, April 6 at the cemetery, 1295 Browning Avenue South in Salem.

The new trees and plants will replace those that have died or have sustained damage.

“We are proud that the ROTC cadets will help us at Belcrest Memorial Park maintain its reputation as one of the most beautiful places to visit in Salem and pay tribute to those who have passed on,” said Ty Cochrane, manager of Belcrest Memorial Park, an honored Dignity Memorial® provider in Salem.
