(SALEM) - St. Patrick's Day was celebrated by hearty revelers in Downtown Salem, and Salem-News.com's Tim King caught up with a roving bagpipe player who toured the Reed Opera House entertaining everyone along the way. And yes, by the way, they do play the bagpipes in Ireland!
