Narcotics Search Warrant Served in Albany

(ALBANY) - Detectives in Linn County say they seized approximately 2 ounces of methamphetamine, ½ ounce of marijuana, cocaine and $1,100 in cash from an Albany home Friday. The Linn Drug Task Force, assisted by a U.S. Forest Service Officer with a K-9 drug dog, executed the search warrant at 1515 SE Lafayette Street in Albany.

Arrested at the scene where the search warrant was served was 51-year old Michael Blevins, 35-year Laurie Pryor and 22-year old Rachel Holzem. All of the subjects were arrested and charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine) and Possession of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine). Rachel Holzem was also charged with and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Minor. Detectives say she also had a warrant for her arrest that charged Fail to Appear/Possession of a Controlled Substance. All three were lodged in the Linn County Jail.

Two 15-year old males located in the residence at the time the search warrant was executed were placed into custody with the Department of Human Services. The Linn Drug Task Force is comprised of detectives from the Linn County Sheriff`s Department, and the Albany, Lebanon and Sweet Home Police Departments.

I just want to let you know on this article about the Narcotics Search Warrent Served in Albany that I, Rachel Holzem, did not get charged with endangering the welfare of a minor, that was Laurie Pryor that got charged with that.
