(ALBANY) - Linn County Sheriff's deputies say they seized dealer quantities of suspected methamphetamine, guns, cash, and drug paraphernalia during a raid on an Albany home Thursday. Sheriff Tim Mueller says the Linn Drug Task Force assisted by a US Forest Service K-9 drug Dog served the search warrant at 1487 15th Ave. #B SE Albany. Deputies arrested 28-year old Pablo Garcia-Lopez of Albany on charges of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, (Meth) Possession of Controlled Substance, (Meth) Unlawful Possession of Fictitious Identification, and there are additional charges, his pending Bail $22,000 32-year old Casimiro Avalos-Mesa of Salem was charged with Frequenting a Place Where Controlled Substances are Used. His bail was set at $3250 46-year old Carlos Medina-Garcia of Salem was charged with Frequenting a Place Where Controlled Substances are Used, with bail set at $3250. The Linn Drug Task Force consists of Law Enforcement Officers from the Linn County Sheriff's Office, Albany Police Department, Sweet Home Police Department and the Lebanon Police Department.
