(GRESHAM, Ore.) - Gresham Police Detectives arrested 35-year old James Tooley today for the homicide of Anthony Cooper and Melinda Kotkins. In August of 2008. Mr. Cooper and Ms. Kotkins were found deceased in their Gresham residence. Investigators say the cause of death was later determined to be from gunshot wounds. James Tooley was a known associate of Mr. Cooper and Ms. Kotkins. Investigators believe this association led to their deaths. Mr. Tooley, age 25 is a resident of Sherwood Oregon. Mr. Tooley was lodged at the Multnomah County Detention Center on two Counts of Aggravated Murder. No bail was set. Tooley's arraignment will be on Monday March 9th. She was not involved with the right people. She meant well and never had put anything she cared about in harms way. It was the wrong people that were around her that made her fall into the dark places. I feel left half empty and never will have the dreams i was meant to have because part of my life is always going to be missing.

wow this happend in my neighbohood i thought they were never going to find out who killed the couple i remember when they found the dead couple back in august.
