The second-third rounds will take place on starting on Thursday, March 19, 2015 and run through Saturday, March 21st, 2015. The event takes place at the Rose Quarter Moda Center in Portland, Oregon.

The Moda Center is a 19,000 seat sport stadium that hosts the Portland Trail Blazers and the Portland Winterhawks. During the second-third rounds of the 2015 NCAA basketball tournament, the Moda Center will fill with fans of the University of Oregon Ducks, who host this round of the competition.

Tickets are currently on sale for this event with prices starting at $50.00 for session one, with prices upwards of $264.00 for bundle pricing for all three sessions. These prices may be subject to change depending on demand as the square off sessions draw nearer.

Another viable option for acquiring tickets is through the NCAA Ticket Exchange, which is a NCAA approved system for buying, selling, or trading tickets to playoff sessions.

Parking at the event should be available in most of the garages at the Rose Quarter, but Club Level, suite patrons, and sponsors may have exclusive access to the Garden Garage during the event.

Parking accommodations are available for disabled patrons in all garages. Cost for parking during the event will range from $8.00-$15.00 per day, but prices may vary due to the special event. The parking garages are open and available about four hours prior to the playoffs.

The Rose Quarter Moda Center is located at One Center Court, Portland, Oregon, 97277. When planning on traveling to the event be sure to give yourself enough time to find parking and expect possible delays.

The Rose Quarter is easily accessible by vehicle, but also sits right next to two MAX Light Rails stations for those who do not care to deal with driving or parking. Finding the stadium is easy using I-5, I-205, and I-84.

For sports fans who are looking for a place to grab a bite to eat prior to or after each session will have a variety of local restaurants from which to choose.

The facility itself hosts four onsite restaurants, and there are several places to choose from in the vicinity of the venue. In addition, over 70 concession stands, food portables, and beverage dispensers are located throughout the Rose Quarter, so fans will have no reason whatsoever to go hungry. There's plenty available for everybody during the tournaments in March.

NCAA playoff time is an exciting time in college basketball, both for the teams and the fans alike. For Oregon fans of NCAA basketball, 2015 is the year to see the NCAA action up front and personal.
