(OREGON CITY, Ore. ) - A 51-year-old Oregon City man is behind bars Monday after he allegedly intentionally exposed his genitals to a female store clerk, not once, but twice. Police say the man entered the Plaid Pantry store at the corner of Leland road and Warner Milne road walked up to the counter on two separate occasions and showed the female employee his genitals. She was able the second time to get the man's license plate, call 911, and identify the suspect's car to police. Authorities arrived, got a description of the suspect, and were able to identify the man as 51-year-old Phillip James Flateau. Police arrested Flateau at his home on public indecency charges, and booked him into the Clackamas County Jail.
