Memorial Service for Marion County Deputy Kelly Fredinburg Set

The memorial service is open to the public.

(SALEM, Ore. ) - The Memorial Service for Marion County Deputy Kelly Fredinburg will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, at the Salem Armory, located at 2320 17th Street N.E. in Salem.

The Armory itself is located on the corner of 17th St. and Sunnyview Rd. N.E.

The first part of the Memorial Service is at the Salem Armory.

The processional will go through the city of Salem and end at the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training, located on Aumsville Hwy SE in front of the Memorial Walls.

There will be a short presentation at that time in front of the Memorials.

The procession route for Dep. Kelly Fredinburg has been set.

Here are those details:

The procession will leave the Armory directly after the memorial service which starts at 2:00 PM and will end around 3:30 or 4:00 PM.

The memorial service is open to the public.

The procession will head southbound on 17th St. NE to State St. NE
Westbound on State St. NE to 13th St. NE
Northbound on 13th St. NE to Court St. NE
Westbound on Court St. NE to High St. NE
Southbound on High St. NE to State St.
Eastbound on State St. to Cordon Rd. SE
Southbound on Cordon Rd. SE to Aumsville Hwy SE
Eastbound on Aumsville Hwy SE to DPSST (Oregon Police Academy).

There are several municipal and county traffic units who will be assisting the procession and closing routes throughout the city.

Salem city officials, Marion County officials, and ODOT will be assisting as well.
