(SALEM) - Police say a Keizer man is in custody on a variety of sex charges that police say stem from his involvement with two minor girls. Marion County Sheriff’s detectives arrested 29-year-old David Ubaldo Limas-Rivera Wednesday at his Keizer home on 24 counts including 1st Degree Sodomy, 1st Degree Rape and 1st Degree Sex Abuse. Spokesman with the Marion County Sheriff’s Office Kevin Rau says the man’s victims were two 10-year-old girls known to him. The offenses occurred over a two year period, 2004 to 2005 at his residence at the time which was an apartment complex on Village East Way SE in Salem. Investigators do not believe Mr. Rivera has other victims but he did have access to other children in the neighborhood where this occurred. Anyone with information about this case is asked to call Detective Mike Bell at 503-566-6947. Articles for July 11, 2006 | Articles for July 12, 2006 | Articles for July 13, 2006 | Quick Links
