(CANBY, Ore.) - Canby Fire was dispatched to a two car crash at the intersection of Hwy 99E and Territorial Rd about 4:12 p.m.

When crews arrived they found two cars with significant damage from the crash, and eight people that required medical care.

A second alarm trauma was immediately requested, which brought and additional two engines and four ambulances to the scene for triage, treatment, and transportation.

Lifeflight was initially requested, but due to weather, they were not able to fly to the scene.

Two other pediatric patients (toddler-aged males) were injured and transported to Willamette Falls Hospital. The final two patients were treated on scene, but refused transport suffering only minor injuries.

Exact age of the victims is not available at this time.
