(SILVERTON, Ore.) - The Silver Falls Bank Board of Directors declared an annual stock dividend of 7%, payable on February 15th 2008, to Silver Falls Bank shareholders of record on January 31st, 2008. This represents an increase over last year's stock dividend of 6%.
