R. Ogden, It is true that you do know both of them... at what level? What do you know about them? Is it related to criminal activity that you were part of, is it a heart-broken who is speaking. Was this an accident? Was this a one time deal? Had she ever deemed herself too impared to drive? The facts are the facts and she must live with her decision, unfortunately for Jess' family, they have to live with the consequences of his and her decision... In my opinion, they are both responsible for their mistake, but an "educated" young woman with a life ahead of her, should have known better... oh, wait, does she have a record of disregard for the law? Am I a coward? No, I just do not care to talk to you. I have better things to do!

I want to set the record stright. But before I do I want to ask the auothor of "jeepers creepers" to come forward so that i may speak with them. Cowardous and nievity are the only words that sum up such a distastfull comment. Ive known both the accused and the victim for a number of years, and will go on record as to say that both of these people had hearts of gold. The reson for this accident, wich can only be called that an accident. Can only be summed up by saying that two people not one person made a bad decission with a tragic outcome. to bash Aislyn and prais Jess would be a mistake. As Ive read these posting I can only conclude that the authors did not know either on of them at all Assume what you will but keep in mind those of us with our names on our comments, are the ones who know best what happend. Anounymous=Cowrd with no right to speak . you should all be ashamed of your selfs.

As a friend of jess' I want everyone to know that he was the most sincere loving person I have ever met. Some facts should be set straight on here. Jess wasn't drunk and why he wasn't driving we will never know. Such a selfish decision Aislyn made to get behind the wheel of her car as wasted as she was...and then to run and hide in the bushes like a coward only to leave her "friend" to die. I only pray that she pays for this the rest of her life as all of jess' family and friends are grieving his loss. I understand that people make mistakes...but we all know not not drink and drive!! As an aspiring lawyer she should have known better. Prosecute her to the fullest extent of the law!!! RIP jess... we all love you and miss you dearly. You earned your wings, now fly and be free!! xoxoxoxo

Aislyn is a beautiful woman who is loving and caring. She had plans to become a lawyer to help low income people. Give her a chance.

Its probably accident related injuries. My wreck that happend more than 10 years ago left me in the hospital for two weeks and my picture looked much better after the long rest. Two with me didn't make it. Most people make mistakes and nothing happens. But sooner or later something does.
People make poor choices January 18, 2007 12:46 am (Pacific time)
People make very poor choices...Aislyn and Jess did that night and someone died. His family and friends lost someone very special and Aislyn will never be the same. Dont judge by the photo. Aislyn is a amazing women who made a poor choice. She will pay for the rest of her life.
question January 17, 2007 10:21 pm (Pacific time)
where were they coming from? like a tavern? a private party? the facts yet to be made public but she appears innebreated and methed out just looking at photo, so was it without observation she took the keys and nobody thought to stop her? or is this the end of it?
