(HILLSBORO, Ore.) - In celebration of its Grand Opening, the Noah's(R) Bagels restaurant located at 1897 NW 188th Ave. will offer a free sandwich to every guest who purchases a beverage on Friday, January 11th and Saturday, January 12th. "I'm pleased to welcome my neighbors and the residents of Hillsboro with a Noah's friendly gesture," said Curt Bishop, area hospitality manager for Noah's, a brand of Einstein Noah Restaurant Group (NASDAQ:BAGL). "I believe our guests will enjoy the opportunity to try any of our deli-inspired, hand-crafted sandwiches for free when they purchase a beverage." The restaurant, which officially opened for business on Dec. 29th 2007 as the ninth location in the greater Portland area, will be open between 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Friday and between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM on Saturday. The free sandwich with the purchase of a beverage will be offered throughout each day, while supplies last. Guests will be able to select from a variety of Noah's hand-crafted breakfast and lunch sandwiches, including the popular Turkey Sausage and Cheese Egg Mit(R), the Spinach and Bacon Panini, the Corned Beef Reuben, the Turkey Club Panini and much more. All sandwiches are offered on a choice of bread, including Challah, Ciabatta, Artisan Wheat and Noah's award-winning bagels. Featuring about 3,000-square-feet, the restaurant will seat up to 65 guests in an atmosphere that combines the energy of the local neighborhood with a tradition of great tastes, textures and aromas. "I invite everyone in the area to stop in and visit our newest neighborhood-friendly meeting place," said Brad West, senior vice president of operations for Noah's. "I'm excited to welcome the residents of Hillsboro to Noah's and know they will enjoy our artisan-roasted coffee and hand-crafted sandwiches."
