Israelis Debate Ethnic Cleansing Live on Evening News

And you thought American TV was bad!

Israeli's Channel 23 News

(LONDON) - Israel's Channel 23 News is a snapshot of Jewish tolerance. Bear in mind that this is Israel National TV's 5:00 pm News. In this clip the reality of 1,400 dead in Gaza, including 400 children, is not something the announcers can agree upon.

The elder Israeli presenter is Dan Margalit, a leading Israeli Journalist and a devoted servant of every Israeli government and War Criminal leader in the last four decades.

That means Rabin, Peres, Sharon, Netanyahu, Olmert, Livni and Barak.

In this edition of Channel 23's Erev Hadash (aka "New Evening Show") Margalit ends up in a front collision with a member of Israeli parlament, Jamal Zahalka of the Arab Party.

Zahalka called the Defence Minister Ehud Barak "a children killer". Margalit didn't ignore it, and the fight began, live on TV...

Based on this video, Israel is no doubt the ugliest collective around.

The video from Israel is in Hebrew, but it includes English subtitled translation:

Gilad Atzmon was born in Israel in 1963 and had his musical training at the Rubin Academy of Music, Jerusalem (Composition and Jazz). As a multi-instrumentalist he plays Soprano, Alto, Tenor and Baritone Saxes, Clarinet and Flutes. His album Exile was the BBC jazz album of the year in 2003. He has been described by John Lewis on the Guardian as the “hardest-gigging man in British jazz".

Gilad Atzmon's essays are widely published. His novels 'Guide to the perplexed' and 'My One And Only Love' have been translated into 24 languages.

As a member of the Blockheads, Gilad has also recorded and performed with Ian Dury, Robbie Williams, Sinead O'Connor and Paul McCartney. Gilad has also recorded with Robert Wyatt, the Water Boys and many others. Learn more about Gilad by visiting his Website

Josh how do you know about Glenn Beck's red phone? Did you know Sarah Palin just inked a multi-year deal with FOX to be a regular? This is going to be fun to watch how this will effect cable news and future comments. This may be a precursor to her running in 2012, plus this will allow her to addreess all kinds of issues that will give her wide credibility as she uses her charisma and speaking skills to bring in more viewers. She was the governor of the largest state and now people will see why she was elected and her reasoning why she resigned. Bad news for the far left and FOX will certainly extend it's ratings lead. Palin tied with Hillary Clinton as the country's most admired women in a recent Gallup Poll, while Oprah and Michelle Obama came in 3rd and 4th.

I am surprised they allowed Jamad Zahalka (or any dissenter to Israel's atrocities upon Gaza) to speak out, but his pointed allegations were terrible truths - met with sneeringly smug dismissal by Dan Margalit's "shalom shalom". At least we got to hear some of the painful Palestinian plight before security dragged the still irate Mr. Zahalka off in a storm of righteous outrage.

My pleasure. Have nobody else to bother tonight: All fled.

And here I thought, I'm quick-tempered. Ha-ha. I guess, there are still ambitious men that survived and didn't get feminized. This one will keep me awake.

Editor: Thanks for dropping by Natalie.

I think all of Israel is suffering from PTSD, not surprisingly. But perhaps they need a Drs. care and should not be allowed by saner countries to continue their aggressions. Israel's courting (or vice versa) of the religious right in America confirms they are on the wrong side of humanity and morality. I have lost all respect for them..

Editor: Fran, I'll bet you are right.  Then we think of the people in Gaza and we just delete the word 'post' since the trauma is so continuously at hand, it is so tragic.  I hope the day comes when we see real fairness and equity for all people in this world, thanks for writing.

looks like an episode of Glen Beck would look if someone ever actually called him on that 'red phone' of his! Wow, I'm sure stuff like this happens in America too, but to actually air the thing is something else.
