$2+ Million Bail for Couple Held on Sex Abuse Charges

(Dallas) - 45-year old Hollie Lou Peterson and 46-year old Leslie Don York were arrested Thursday, January 5th by Polk County Deputies, and they are being held on a total combined bail of over 2 million dollars.

York is charged with two counts of Rape in the first degree, and multiple charges of Sex Abuse, Sodomy and furnishing obscene material to a minor. His bail is set at $1,205,000. Peterson is charged with nine counts of Sex Abuse, Criminal Mistreatment and other related charges. Her bail is set at $1,105,000.

A minor child was taken into the care of the state of Oregon.
