Three Arrested After Police Find Drugs, Cash in Lebanon Home

This is the third drug related raid at this residence since April 2006.

(LEBANON) - The Linn Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at 525 Oregon Street in Lebanon Thursday morning.

Linn County Sheriff Tim Mueller says officers seized methamphetamine, over $3,000 in cash, scales used to weigh drugs, and drug paraphernalia.

Arrested at the residence and lodged at the Linn County Jail were:

  • 52-year-old Santos Alberto Rivera Jr. He was charged with Unlawful Delivery and Possession of Methamphetamine. His bail is set at $16,000
  • 36-year-old Deanna R. Paul is charged with Violation of Release, Contempt of Court, and Frequenting a place where controlled substances are used. Her bail was set at $8,250.
  • And 32-year-old Randall S. Beauregard was charged with Frequenting a place where controlled substances are used. His bail is set at $3,250

Both Rivera and Deanna Paul live in the residence at 525 Oregon Street.

Beauregard was staying on the property in a motor home.
