(FERNLEY, NV) - A woman from Portland is in a Nevada jail on suspicion of shooting her boyfriend The Lyon County Sheriff's Office says 30-year-old Jennifer Marie Everton was arrested on Wednesday after deputies received reports that a man had been shot at the Desert Rose Recreational Vehicle Park in Fernley, Nevada. Roger Meyer of Fernley was treated at Renown Regional Medical Center and is expected to recover from his injuries. Everton is being held on a attempted murder charge at the Yerington jail. Her bail is set at $100,000. The shooting remains under investigation.
