Police Investigate Suspicious Death in Keizer

Suspicious death in Keizer, Oregon

(KEIZER, Ore.) - On Monday, February 14, 2011 at 2:07 p.m. officers from the Keizer Police Department and members of the Keizer Fire District responded to 1143 Orchard Court North #C on a report of an unconscious person who had been found inside the apartment.

Responding officers and paramedics found an adult female inside the apartment and confirmed she was deceased. The death is suspicious in nature at this time. Detectives responded to the location of the incident and are continuing to investigate.

They are being assisted by members of the Marion County Sheriff's Office. The Marion County District Attorney's Office has also been advised. Anyone having information about this incident is asked to contact Detective Tim Lathrop at 503-390-3713 Ext. 3481.
