Power On!

(LEBANON, Ore.) - As of 3:45 pm, power has been restored to approximately 17,000 customers in the Lebanon area after 60-mile-per-hour winds and heavy rains caused 12 power poles to come down along Highway 34 starting at 10 am.

Now about 1,500 customers remain without power as we bring back service circuit by circuit to avoid unbalancing the system. This will take an hour or so.

After that is done, about 145 customers will remain without power as they are closest to the actual damage along Highway 34.

Our dedicated crews will continue to work on site to restore the remaining customers, which may take an extended period due to their location on the system, the magnitude of repairs and the ongoing weather conditions.

We thank our customers for their patience and understanding of this inconvenience under these weather circumstances.

Customers who are part of this extended outage will be called individually with updates.

We would like to remind everyone to give any area where wires are down a wide berth. Treat any line you see on the ground as live and dangerous.

Outage updates can be found at https://www.pacificpower.net/ed/po/ooi.html
