(MONMOUTH) - The Polk County Interagency Narcotics Team and the Department of Human Services – Child Welfare Unit responded to a residence in the 300 block of Echols St. in Monmouth on Thursday, after a complaint was made of possible drug activity in the home as well as concern for children that lived at the residence. When the deputies arrived, one of the occupants of the home, 30-year-old Danielle J. Smallwood answered the door and consented in letting the deputies enter and search the home. Her boyfriend who also lives at the home along with his three children was not home but was expected home in a few minutes. While searching, the deputies found various drug paraphernalia and marijuana in the home. Deputies then waited for the boyfriend to arrive home. 41-year-old Matthew R. Parmer arrived home just minutes later and was questioned and placed under arrest. The three minor children were taken into protective custody and placed with the Oregon Department of Human Services. Parmer and Smallwood were are logged in the Polk County Jail on 3 counts of first degree child neglect and drug possession charges. children are a gift from GOD, if you use, and you do know WHO you are, give them to someone who would LOVE to have them, not abuse them like you as a so called "PARENT" do... You knew the outcome, if you really did love them you would NOT put them in a predicument such as this... I AGREE THEY SHOULD NEVER EVER BE ALLOWED TO GET THEM BACK... Since they have severely damaged the childrens lives already in so many many ways and could care LESS.... CHILDREN DESERVE SO MUCH BETTER... LOOSERS... DONT take them DOWN WITH YOU....Give them to someone who really does care.. just because you have sex and end up with a baby sure dosent mean you DESERVE it.. YOU DONT.... YOU SURE DONT CARE IF DRUGS ARE FLOATING AROUND IN THEIR TINY TINY BRAINS < SO WHY THE HELL SHOULD YOU HAVE ANY RIGHT TO BE A ROTTEN DRUG LAIDEN PARENT??? MY PARENTS SCREWED US UP< A HEROIN ADDICT FOR A BROTHER FOR OVER $) YRS< A SEVERE ALCOHOLIC FOR ANOTHER BROTHER< BROKEN FAMILY< I DONT SEE ANY OF THEM>>> IT JUST SUCKS>>> HAVE SOME COMPASSION AND DONT SCREW THEIR BRAINS UP AS A CHILD... THEY DESERVE SO MUCH BETTER...

Losers....Clean yourselves up before you go to the state begging to get your children back. If it was up to me, I wouldn't give them back to you losers. You know exactly what could happen when you decided to have marijuana in your house.
