(LAKE OSWEGO, Ore.) - In an effort to guide consumers to make more-informed buying decisions, your Better Business Bureau announces the Top 20 industries that received the highest volume of consumer inquiries and complaints, for Oregon, in 2008. BBB receives thousands of requests for information on local businesses and industries everyday. Each year, your BBB reveals a list of its Top 20 most-inquired-about industries and its Top 20 most-complained-about industries. With the release of the Top 20 statistics, consumers are encouraged to get a BBB Reliability Report before doing business with a company. Our complaint is with the used vehicles getting fixed appropriately and having the Withnell Dodge here in Salem stand behind their work or lack there of. Should it take 8 times to find an AC problem and still not fix it in good faith when it was under warranty. I would hope to buy American but they will need to step up to the plate and start building reliable and dependable vehicles.

that's funny that #1 is auto dealers (new cars!) I wonder why that is? That would be hilarious if it was from people that bought the SPECIMENS that the medium three's been puttin out lately. Of course, the mighty state would be damned if it didn't buy american. (true geniuses with OUR hard-earned fiat money)
