(ALBANY, Ore.) - The HOOF N` HOLLER, the Biggest New Year`s Eve Event of its kind in the Northwest is coming to the Linn County Fairgrounds New Year’s Eve. Complete with Pyrotechnics, Special Effects, Concert Sound and Lighting. This year, Les Schwab Tire Centers is offering "The Bounty in Linn County", an added Cash Bounty that goes to the winning cowboy. Bull riding Champions from 5 states will put it all on the line to determine who’s number #1. The Bull Riding Event features the top Cowboys in the business and world renowned Bucking Bulls from the PBR (Professional Bull Riders). All-around champions and circuit finalists will all be competing. The HOOF N’ HOLLER is part of the ROPER Wild West Event Series. The bucking stock is provided by Gold Buckle Rodeo Company who boasts the very best bucking bulls in the industry. 35 professional riders compete for over $13,000 in prize money, a custom jacket and a Handmade Trophy Buckle and an engraved Henry Golden Boy rifle. A 1st round show of 35 riders is followed by a final round with the 10 best riders showcased in a championship round. The Bull Riding is followed by a Dance & New Years Eve Party complete with a Balloon Drop with cash and prizes inside the balloons to celebrate the coming year. 2007 marks the 15th year of continued success. Special features include an Authentic Old West Town with saloons, hitching posts, bath house, old mine, hotel, and jail house. Also on hand is a Mechanical Bull, Mechanical Roping Horse, Food & Beverage, Live Radio with Giveaways and Prizes. New for 2007 is a rock climbing wall and laser gallery. Fans will have to chance to win a Prize Pack if they choose the winning cowboy. There will be a Special Tribute to honor of our troops and The Army National Guard will be on hand. The Event also includes a Designated Driver Program sponsored by PEPSI, and a Free Shuttle service to Comfort Suites and Phoenix Inn & Suites. The Hoof N’ Holler will be held at the Linn County Fairgrounds Indoor heated Arena. The gates open at 6:30 PM, Bull riding starts at 7:30 PM. Tickets are $22 in advance. $25 at the door.
