(DAYTON) - Yamhill County Sheriff's Deputies and Oregon State Police responded Saturday with medical personnel to 14145 SE Stringtown Road, in Dayton, following a report that an injured woman needed medical attention at that location. Upon arrival, Deputies located the body of an adult female in a garage. 46-year-old Ann Claire Kreder, of that address, was the apparent victim of a stabbing. With assistance from the Yamhill County Major Crimes Response Team, a knife believed to have been the murder weapon was found. The investigation determined that 33-year-old Bradley Scott Seifried, of McMinnville had been in the garage with Kreder immediately prior to her death. Yamhill County Sheriff Jack Crabtree said that Seifried has been charged with 1 count of murder. He was transported to the Yamhill County Jail, where he is being held with out bail. He will be arraigned in Yamhill County Court at 1:20 PM on Monday.
