138 - 9: The Greatest Slap Heard Around the World

“A shocking crime was committed on the unscrupulous initiative of few individuals, with the blessing of more, and amid the passive acquiescence of all”. --Tacitus: Senator and Historian of Roman Empire

(WASHINGTON DC) - "It is the duty of Israeli leaders to explain to public opinion, clearly and
courageously, a certain number of facts that are forgotten with time. The
first of these is that there is no Zionism, colonialization, or Jewish State
without the eviction of the Arabs and the expropriation of their lands."
--Yoram Bar Porath; Yediot Aahronot, July 14, 1972.

In a logical rational world U.S. interests clearly lie with Arabs and Muslims, as the world’s largest producers and reservoirs of oil as well as providing a market of 1.7 Billion Muslims eager for American products as evidenced by the widespread American products that permeate every aspect of life in the Arab/Muslim world, from fashion to military weapons. American culture has the greatest influence on the youth of this region.

By such rational criteria the U.S. shouldn’t have supported the Partition of Palestine in 1947 and the creation of Israel especially given its historical support for the principle of “self determination” of all peoples.

So, why does the U.S. abandon such vital national interests that provide the U.S. with enormous political, economic, cultural, and military leverage in the Arab/Muslim world?

A region whose huge positive total trade balance with the U.S. amounted to $360 billion in 2008 in America’s pocket; while the U.S. trade balance with Israel is always in negative territory (in billions of dollars) meaning that the U.S. imports from Israel more than it exports?

In 2011 the negative trade balance with Israel cost the U.S. over 9 billion dollars (-9,303.2 Million)?

That in addition to Israel receiving the greater majority of U.S. Foreign aid anywhere between 30%-40 % of the total foreign assistance package, in addition to billons of dollars in free grants, loan guarantees, subsidies, and most importantly Israel’s “special relationship” status with the U.S. that entitles it to free access to the latest military weapons, intelligence information, technology, other than what Israel spies on and steals from both the private and public sector.

One economist who studies U.S aid to Israel from 1973 to 2002 alone, as reported by the Christian Science Monitor, found that such total amounted to $1.6 Trillion, costing each American over %5,700, all while the U.S. is enduring huge debt and trade deficits.

Israel has been repeatedly identified by the U.S. government as running the “most aggressive espionage operation against the United States of any US ally” and that “classified military information and sensitive military technologies are high-priority targets for the intelligence agencies of this country.”

This is “explosive” information both on 9/11 and on Israeli Espionage.  Please take time to see the Video and read the transcripts. (See here, here, here)

BUT:

Despite the enormous financial, political, and military benefits to the U.S. in its dealing with the Muslim world, Israel is the real power and formulator of U.S. foreign policy.   Given the massively corrupt political campaign system in the U.S. which depends entirely on raising money anywhere from tens of millions of dollars to run for Congress and the over one billion dollars to run for the Presidency.  Jewish wealth and Jewish owned media are the deciding factors for any politician seeking ffice.    Thus from the President to Congress, to State and local governments no American politician who seeks office can dare speak about Israel or even discuss, debate, or raise any issue that impacts Israel and its danger to America’s national interests..

In the west one can debate the existence or not of the divine, but discussing Israel is the overwhelming taboo unmentionable untouchable subject.

Read this insightful article by a courageous Jewish American who asks why can’t we discuss Zionism or Israel in America?

World governments and financial institutions who seek America’s favors or markets know that the fastest way to Washington’s politic is through Israel.

In reality, Israel is the real world Superpower.

The world is slowly finding its voice, its courage, its humanitarian conscience to tell Israel and the U.S.:  “Enough is Enough” of your murderous atrocities, ethnic cleansing, and theft and illegal occupation of a nation - Palestine.

A First Step to the Birth of a Nation – A Free Palestine.

The Palestinian Authority was successful in bringing their bid to the General Assembly on the historical date of November 29, 2012, the 65th anniversary of the “Theft of Palestine”, seeking an upgrade of their current status to the status of an “Observer Non-Member” nation to the U.N.

While the U.S. and Israel continued to threaten the P.A. with punishing backlash measures and pressuring and intimidating nations worldwide to vote against the bid, the world overwhelmingly voted YES to Palestine.

Even America’s closest allies in Europe either voted YES or abstained, abandoning for the moment their decade’s long alliance to support Israel.

What a humiliating and embarrassing slap to Obama and the American people to be so ostracized in the world for the sake of Israel out of fear of a backlash from its most powerful Jewish Lobby, especially AIPAC, America’s real Congress.

If the 41 nations had voted as they wished in the affirmative that would’ve made the vote 179/188, or 95% of the entire world rebuking and expressing their long held anger against the two nations, the U.S. and Israel and their direct and indirect oppression of a people since 1948 expropriating their land by force, expelling them, and forcing them to live as refugees on their own land.

The nine votes against the Palestinian resolution came from the U.S., Canada, Israel, Czech Republic, Panama, and four small Pacific Islands:  Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Nauro, and Palau, who have a combined population of 205,000.

Although they are totally unknown to the world these four islands consistently vote with Israel and the U.S. in the U.N. given their total economic dependence on U.S. largesse.

One can barely see them on this map:

Shocking how America had to go to such distant miniscule islands just to secure four votes.

Even Ehud Olmert, Israel’s former Prime Minister commented that this was a “Slap to Obama”, America’s first Jewish President as coined by his Chicago Jewish friends.

The Israeli Ambassador to the U.N. called it a “vote against peace”, as if Israel ever desired peace.

To Israel -- Peace is the real “Anti-Zionism”.

Peace will put an end to the Zionist project that seeks to conquer more land while inciting wars, destabilizing the Arab world, and inflaming sectarian divisions that can ultimately lead to the dissolution of Arab states and the creation of small Arab Bantustans too weak to challenge Israel’s hegemony.

So how did arrogant spoiled Israel react to the world’s jubilation that Palestine won the vote that threatens the ‘”peace process”?

Within 24 hours of the vote Israel decided to build another 3000 illegal settlement homes between East Jerusalem and the West Bank thereby sealing Jerusalem totally from the West Bank.  Additionally it froze over $100 Million in taxes owed to the Palestinian Authority.

Given Obama’s opposition to the construction of more “illegitimate” settlements this announcement was another kosher slap in the face of the “most powerful” man in the world.

Immediately the entire world condemned Israel’s decision, even the hugely embarrassed U.S. expressed its “concern” over this decision.   Several European countries, including Britain, France, and Germany, showed a little more spine by considering recalling their Ambassadors from Israel and demanding an explanation from Israel’s Ambassadors.

Israel, the master world rebuker, rejected all such criticisms and will go ahead with the illegal settlement, at least for now.

As long as America is in Israel’s colonial pocket, the world is paralyzed to take action, at least for now.

The sole silver lining for the Palestinians from this vote is their future ability to take Israel to the International Criminal Court for decades of war crimes and sue the U.S. for its political, economic, and military complicity in such crimes.

America is responsible for the creation of this illegal rogue nation and thus must be held accountable.

Neither Israel nor America can for long escape justice for the Nazi like crimes committed against the Palestinians.

But there is great hope that the American people are awakening to their government’s inexplicable kowtowing to anything Israel wants or demands.

All they’re waiting for is an American political or military leader to shout the words “Freedom for America” from Israel’s political colonialism in Washington D.C., a man like Thomas Paine who can reissue a new version of “Common Sense” thereby inspiring the American people to another revolution, but this time a revolution in the ballot box, not by a musket.

I believe that when the America people become knowledgeable about Israel’s military atrocities in the Holy Land and its political atrocities against the American people, Americans will do the right thing for themselves, the Palestinians, and for world peace.

It will happen, sooner or later, it will appen.   At such time Israel and every Zionist, every Jew who ever supported this murderous nation will pay a price for their support, complicity, and silence.  God is just and justice will be done.

It is Israel that is enraging the world and turning it into a hostile Anti-Jewish planet.

There is time, a small window of opportunity, for every Jew and gentile to ensure this does not happen and that every child in this world grows up free, healthy, and happy.

What Price Israel?  What Price are Americans willing to continue to pay for Israel?
