U.S. Air Force Hackers Caught in Their Tracks by Salem-News.com

The spy antics of the Cold War might be over, but the agency charged with much of the nation's security efforts is up to some old tricks.

Salem-News.com

(SALEM) - "Busted." That is how this story opens. In the years before the high tech era, the government had secret tools and systems that weren`t available to the public and they often used them to spy on people viewed as potential enemies, and those who spoke out publicly against the government.

But in today`s world, the playing field is far more level and it seems the government spooks and spies have lost their edge a bit. On this one they went down in flames.

Salem-News.com has published two recent articles casting doubt on the government`s version of what happened at the Pentagon in Washington D.C. September 11th, 2001. I wrote both of them.

There was little to no visible wreckage after the smoke and flames were gone at the Pentagon on 9/11. All nearby video cameras were immediately seized by government agents and have never been released, with one exception, and even that short clip when examined closely, looks nothing like a 757 airliner. Windows where the wings would have struck the building were intact.

One official government spokesman says there was no wreckage because "What was left of the plane flowed into the structure in a state closer to a liquid than a solid mass" while another says "I held parts of uniforms from crew members in my hands, including body parts."

So there is no wreckage because the planes become "closer to liquid" which is not what happens when a plane crashes and yet another guy holds parts of the crew who were, I'm assuming, in the front of the plane where the main impact occured? That is just amazing, liquid plane, intact body parts and clothing. You think about it.

Numerous sources report that whatever crashed into the Pentagon was not a 757-passenger jet, instead something much smaller, like a missile or a jet fighter. As a reporter and an airplane crash site researcher, I took an interest in this historic event and I can`t believe what I have learned.

Just after publishing the second article, titled `Huge Contradictions in Official Theories on 9/11 Crash at Pentagon," an alarm went off, so to speak, alerting the Salem-News.com Web team to the presence of an intruder.

We have some background with hackers. Salem-News.com actually disappeared for a couple of weeks a few months after debuting, because a hacker ring out of Brazil zapped our system. Many safeguards and an expanded Web staff have left us in a much better position than during those first months, our ship is leak-tight, and the alarm sounds clearly.

Somebody from the "Air Force Materiel Command, AFMC, 72 CS/SCB, at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma" decided to probe our site and, yes, they attempted to hack into it. At minimum this is a security breach and an attempt to infiltrate our infrastructure. We have more information, right down to the log in name and more.

Not cool guys.

The interesting and I`m sure surprising part for the Air Force, is that our staff was able to trace the information back, right to the Air Force person who attempted to hack Salem-News.com. Somewhere along the line, I was told that hacking is illegal and that people go to jail for that. It will be interesting to see what the Air Force has to say.

The most ironic part is that I learned of this violation while on a trip to Colorado, where I was researching the life of the first American aviator to win the Congressional Medal of Honor, Lt. Frank Luke Jr. I`ve spent years on the trail of this historic aviator and others and I don`t know if this anything but stealthy hacking attempt is a random act, or one directed from far above.

I hope it causes people to realize that if something strikes them as odd or "not right" about the Pentagon crash story, they should pay attention to it. Why would the U.S. Air Force try to break into Salem-News.com and perform a hacking operation?

Those latest photos of bodies supposedly at the pentagon bear an uncanny resemblance to the white-phosphorus melted bodies from Fallujah - clothing intact, flesh seared?!
