Fatal Crash Halts Traffic on 99E South of Woodburn

(WOODBURN, Ore.) - Oregon State Police troopers are in the scene of a fatal traffic crash on Highway 99E and Belle Passi Road south of Woodburn.

They say the crash scene is blocking Highway 99E.

Investigators say the crash involves a commercial truck and a passenger vehicle.

Oregon State Police and local emergency responders are on scene. They say a detour will be established with help of ODOT.
