(GAZA CITY) - A Palestinian teenager was shot to death by Israeli soldiers as they opened fire on a nonviolent protest on Wednesday east of Gaza City.

Palestinians along with international supporters gathered near the borders east of Gaza demanding the halt on the buffer zone construction in the area.

As soon as the unarmed group reached the buffer zone, Israeli troops opened fire, killing 19-year old Ahmad Deep; the latest human casualty whose desire to stand in protest of Israel's genocidal politics in a peaceful way, led to a violent death.

Doctors said that a number of local and international protesters sustained moderate and critical wounds due to the army fire.

Israel routine tendency to violate international law is carried out with the full and unwavering endorsement of the U.S. government.

Israel directly, and the U.S. in its complicity, operates military campaigns that are completely, even clearly illegal, under international law.

Israeli tanks and bulldozers operate at border areas in the Gaza strip; bulldozers uproot trees and destroy crops owned by local farmers to create a buffer zone near the borders.

Well, then, RvB was right saying that you make up stuff to keep the debate going. I'm taking it as one more point for myself, since not so long ago you seemed to vote for no consequences for certain politicians' actions. But I digressed.

Thanks for clarifying. I would never guess it on my own. So, does it mean you agree now that all human behaviour has its consequences, including "just having fun" behaviour?

Of course I agree with you, Natalie. All human actions have consequences, no matter how major or minor they might be. The most fascinating part of that assertion is how the most insignificant of events can grow through a chain into major, completely unpredictable, consequences. BTW I always appreciate your comments. Correct me if I'm wrong, but both nations claim the same man to be their father. Is it a sibling rivalry gone bad? (half-siblings, to be specific) D.J.: any plans for a lawsuit against God? Could you please let the anxious audience know when to tune in? I promise to get a nice crowd of disappointed in D. Letterman viewers. Really.

Natalie: There have apparently been lawsuits against god, but no one knows where to serve him and he never shows up to defend himself. But, as some have observed, if God lived on earth, people would break his windows. I like your comment about sibling rivalry. DJ (BTW, I was being sarcastic. There is a real need for a sarcasm font.)

The Jews are God's Chosen People; God is on the side of the Israelis; therefore, it's God who is killing the Palestinians. The Old Testament God is a righteous, bloodthirsty, vengeful God. And the U.S. is a fundamentalist religious nation. From a certain, twisted point of view, it's all completely reasonable.
