Two Albany Men Arrested on Drug Charges

(ALBANY) - The Linn Drug Task Force just before 9:00 AM executed a search warrant at 406 SE 5th Avenue in Albany Friday morning.

Two Albany men were arrested and seized during the search warrant, were packaging material, drug records, drug paraphernalia, scales, and heroin Linn County Sheriff Tim Mueller said.

57-year-old Billy Raymond Bremer was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (heroin) and delivery of a controlled substance (heroin).

51-year-old John Edward Dizig was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (heroin) and delivery of a controlled substance (heroin).

Both men were lodged at the Linn County Jail with bail set at $16,000 each.

The Linn Drug Task Force is staffed in a cooperative agreement by the Linn County Sheriff?s Office, Albany Police Department, Lebanon Police Department and the Sweet Home Police Department.
