NO METH Not In MY Neighborhood Holding Community Meeting on Teens And Meth.

(SALEM) - The NO METH - Not In MY Neighborhood task force will be holding a community meeting next week on teens and meth.

Parents are encouraged to bring their teenage children with them to learn more about meth and our youth, meth use prevention, how to recognize it, and what to do if you find meth is in your home.

The meeting will feature:

Testimony from recovering addicts who began using meth as teens.

Carolyn Pilkenton-Taylor - Adolescent treatment provider for Catholic Community Service.

Judge Pamela Abernethy - Founder of the Marion County Juvenile Star Court.

Faye Fagel - Marion County Juvenile Director.

The event takes place Thursday, April 27th, 6:30-8:30 PM, at the Pringle Park Community Center at 606 Church St. S.E.

Refreshments will be provided.
