The Suspect is described as a Hispanic male, early 20's, approximately 5'8" in height and stocky build.

One man is shot in the arm tonight when he was walking along Silverton Rd NE in Salem.
Police say the suspect fired multiple shots at the victim before fleeing the scene in the sedan which was last seen traveling westbound on Silverton Rd NE.
