Illegal Marijuana Growing Operation Busted on Oregon Coast

Police are searching for other suspects in this case.

(SILETZ, Ore. ) - Two men were arrested this weekend, after members of the Lincoln Interagency Narcotics Team and the Lincoln Interagency Special Weapons and Tactics Team found them cultivating 23 marijuana plants on private timber property near Siletz, Oregon.

Also recovered were several items related to the illegal growing and cultivating of marijuana.

The arrested subjects were identified as Ryan Lowell Greene, age 25 of Logsden, Oregon, and David Robert Roeser, age 22 of Siletz.

The two were lodged on Possession of Controlled Substance and Manufacturing a Controlled Substance charges at the Lincoln County Jail with a bail of $150,000 each.

Other suspects have been identified as being involved in the cultivation of the marijuana and the Lincoln Interagency Narcotics Team is continuing the investigation.
