Salem Under Flood Conditions

Signals are still out, everyone should use great caution...

(SALEM) - Local flooding is occurring around Salem due to the current storm. Power failures and signal outages have occurred throughout the Salem area.

Signal crews have been dispatched and additional personnel have been called in.

The rain is expected to continue for several hours. Motorists are advised to use extra caution.
