(SALEM, Ore.) - Yossi Alpher, a former senior Israeli intelligence officer, in his latest work called "Periphery: Israel's Search for Middle East Allies," (http://www.amazon.com/Periphery-Israels-Search-Middle-Allies/dp/1442231017) mentions Mossad's role in the destabilization of Islamic countries. According to the report, in this book, he openly declares that Israel readily expressed support for terrorist groups and even equipped them with advanced weapons and logistics facilities. It is worth mentioning that documents referred in Yossi Alpher's book are those that were leaked through British intelligence service in 2013. Alpher is an Israeli consultant and writer on Israel-related strategic issues. He is co-editor of bitterlemons.org and bitterlemons-international.org together with Ghassan Khatib, former Minister of Planning in the Palestinian Authority. _________________________________________
