(EUGENE, Ore. ) - Kickoff times for Oregon's nonconference football games this season will feature something for everyone. The Ducks will open the 2014 season as a projected top-five team against South Dakota in Autzen Stadium on Aug. 30. That first chance to see Heisman Trophy candidate Marcus Mariota and his UO teammates will kick off at 7:30 p.m. PT, and will be televised by Pac-12 Networks. A week later, Rose Bowl champion Michigan State comes to Autzen Stadium on Sept. 6 for Oregon's premier nonconference game of the 2014 slate. The Ducks and Spartans will kick off at 3:30 p.m. PT, with the game broadcast nationally by FOX and simulcast by FOX Deportes. Oregon will be back on Pac-12 Networks to close out its nonconference schedule. The Ducks will host Wyoming in Autzen Stadium on Sept. 13, for an 11 a.m. PT kickoff. Two Pac-12 kickoff times have been set, both involving midweek games. The Ducks will host Arizona for their Pac-12 home opener on Thursday, Oct. 2, on ESPN at 7:30 p.m. The two home games with kickoffs after 5 p.m., against South Dakota and Arizona, match Oregon's total from 2013, which tied Washington, USC and Cal for the fewest in the conference. Later in the month, the Ducks will play the first college game ever in Levi's Stadium, the new home of the San Francisco 49ers in Santa Clara, Calif. Oregon will face California on Friday, Oct. 24, on FOX Sports 1 at 7 p.m. PT. Levi's Stadium will also host the Pac-12 title game on Friday, Dec 5. The remainder of the schedule, beginning with the Pac-12 opener at Washington State on Sept. 20, will be announced during the season. Kickoff times and television windows will be announced 12 days prior to a game in most cases, or six days in some instances.
