(OREGON CITY) - The Clackamas County Inter-agency Task Force (CCITF) arrested five individuals Wednesday who are believed to bhe responsible for extensive drug-dealing activity in the Oregon City area.

Jim Strovink, Detective with the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office, says just after 7:00 a.m. Wednesday, CCITF members, accompanied by Oregon City Police, simultaneously executed search warrants at two residences in Oregon City.

"These CCITF-generated search warrants were the culmination of an extensive drug-dealing investigation -- an investigation that led to the arrest of five allegedly active drug dealers," Strovink said.

One residence targeted by the warrants is located at The Kingsberry Heights Apartments, 14290 Marjorie Lane, Unit #2006, in Oregon City. Strovink says that during the warrant service, investigators discovered the following items of evidence: 2 firearms -- one rifle and one handgun, 1 bulletproof vest, Drug-packaging material and scales, Cocaine and methamphetamine (small dealer quantity), more than $2,000 cash and forged documents.

At this Kingsberry Heights Apartments address, investigators say they discovered and identified 3 males, 2 females and 1 child as occupants. Those arrested and lodged in Clackamas County Jail are identified as follows:

25-year old Aurelio Torrezponce (AKA: Torresponce, Abel)

24-year old Elvia Alvaradoponce, who is pregnant, and the spouse of Aurelio Torres-Ponce.

Strovink says each are being charged with Distribution of a Controlled Substance -- Cocaine and Possession of a Controlled Substance -- Methamphetamine.

22-year old Israel Camachoramirez was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance -- Cocaine, Identity Theft and Forgery.

27-year old Rosmel Salamanca, Rosmel was arrested and charged with Identity Theft and Possession of a Forged Instrument.

One additional adult female and her child -- who was less than 5 years old -- were located and identified as residents at this address. Strovink says this adult female was not taken into custody, and her child remained in her care.

The second search warrant was executed simultaneously at the Barclay Square Apartments, 290 Warner Milne Road, #36, in Oregon City.

Strovink says that at this address, investigators contacted and identified a married couple, with 3 minors residing in this apartment. The father of this family was arrested and lodged in the Clackamas County Jail. The mother was not arrested, and the children were not disturbed and remain in her care.

The man in custody is identified as 52-year old Celesino Ramirezcampos, he was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance -- Cocaine, Possession of a Controlled Substance -- Methamphetamine, and Possession of Marijuana.

Each of the five individuals arrested and lodged in the Clackamas County Jail presently have U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) holds.

Strovink explains that Clackamas County Inter-agency Task Force investigators initiated this investigation after receiving information that at least one of the arrestees had been involved with the distribution of cocaine.

"As a result of this ongoing investigation, search warrants were obtained -- which resulted in the arrests conducted at these two Oregon City locations," Strovink said.

A total of 16 law-enforcement personnel participated in the execution of these two warrants, and no injuries were reported as a result of this warrant service.
