(KEIZER) - Keizer Police say a kidnapping and robbery victim was victimized again early the next morning, with the disappearance of his 2002 Ford Explorere Sport Track. 37-year old Antonio Aguilar-Mayo told police he was kidnapped at gunpoint Monday between 5:00 and 5:15 PM, when he parked his oxidized red 1994 Dodge Colt in the parking lot of the Keizer Village business complex in the 3800 block of River Road North. Keizer Police Captain Jeff Kuhns says Aguilar was forced to drive the suspect several miles north of Keizer into Marion County to Lebrun Road NE, "When the victim and suspect reached the 7200 block of Lebrun the suspect demanded the victim stop the vehicle." After stopping, Kuhns says the suspect exited and came around to the driver`s side door, robbing the victim of his wallet, a car stereo, and his keys. After the robbery, Kuhns says the suspect fired a round from his gun through the rear passenger`s window directly behind the victim. The suspect is said to have gotten into an older white Ford Explorer that pulled up and fled the area. Kuhns says Antonio Aguilar was left unharmed in his vehicle at this location and eventually ran and walked to the City of Woodburn, a few miles away. From Woodburn, he was able to use a telephone where he contacted a relative who drove to Woodburn to pick him up. The victim returned to Keizer where he contacted the Keizer Police Department at 8:45 PM to report this incident. At about 3:00 AM Wednesday morning, Aguilar contacted the Keizer Police Department to report that another vehicle belonging to him was stolen from the parking lot of his residence sometime between 8:00 PM on March 7th and 3:00 AM in the morning. This vehicle is a Silver 2002 Ford Explorer Sport Trac Pickup with Oregon license plates YSQ 451. This license plate bears the Oregon `tree" design. Kuhns says it is important to note this model of the Ford Explorer varies greatly from the regular Ford Explorer Sports Utility vehicle. This particular model actually has a pickup bed. Police learned that the suspect stole Aguilar's drivers license which listed his address, where his Ford Explorer was parked prior to it being stolen, "The key and wireless remote entry for the stolen Explorer was taken from the victim at the time of the robbery the previous evening. Investigators are continuing their follow-up investigation of both of these incidents at this time." Anyone having information about these incidents is asked to contact Detective Rodney Bamford at 503-390-3713 Ext. 3457.
